I am experimenting this week. Working out everyday to see how that affects my weight loss. I have had to push through my languid eyes and lethargic muscles and say, you have no excuse. As I learned when I was pledging.
If that is not motivation, I don't know what is. I am fighting the good fight. I will not quit. I will continue no matter what it takes.
I am currently at 214.
Vast improvement from 227.
