Scary moment and stuff.
So yesterday I did Cardio Craze #2.
On my cycle.
After only eating about 1000 calories. I should have had a fruit or something to get me by, but I figured, I will be fine!
Well. I was not.
I almost fainted. I burned 1147 calories between a one mile jog and a one hour spinning class. HARD CORE!
But at the last 5 minutes of class I felt cold, I started trembling and I decided that was my cue to exit. I did.

Upon exiting, I went to the juice bar. I was convinced my blood sugar was way too low. Now I am not diabetic, but for whatever reason I knew exactly what was wrong. After yesterday I vowed never to find myself in that predicament again. So from now on I am packing bananas and after workout snacks in case I push too hard.
