So this week was pretty interesting.  I am about to get my period and the week before my period I always get this weird bloat.  My weight fluctuated all week as a result.  I stayed within my points and I did everything right.  Exercised 5x this week.

Some fantastic happenings for me this week.
  • I am in the 200s!
  • I wanted something sweet and instead of eating something bad for me, I ate two dates.
  • I did 105 minutes of cardio on Wednesday, kicked my ass.
  • Yesterday, I ran 1.5 miles straight at a 1.5 incline and did my regular 35 minutes on the elliptical
  • My husband wanted Popeyes Fried Chicken Yesterday, I got it for him, and did not have one piece!Instead I ate a fat free burrito from trader joes
  • I wore a pair of pants that I bought in 2007!  I haven't worn them since!
