Here are my full body shots. EEK. I hate full body shots. But thanks to LHA for making me do it.

Baseline 3, least attractive. But it is what it is.
Baseline 4.
As far as my goals are concerned, they are on the side of the blog for everyone to see.
But for this week...
- To stay within my points
- eat less granola bars more carrots.
- work out at least 4x this week
- drink tons of water.
My weaknesses: Right now my biggest challenge is myself. I have routinized my eating. But for some reason I don't believe I will ever see the 190s. When I finally see that number I think I am going to be at a better place. Time and progress will tell.
