I had a pretty crappy week. As far as working out and stuff here are some notable mentions:
-worked out 5x again
-ate within my points as usual
-can only sleep exactly 8 hrs. weird.
I am too tired to post my measurements, I only slept 5hrs last night, I know. I don't know how I will function today. So measurements coming back next week!
